I. Overcomer:
Revelation 2:11 (KJV) He that hath an ear let him hear what the Spirit saith into the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.
Comments:
That means you can be hurt by the first death. I do not want to be an overcomer. These may be part of that great cloud of witnesses. They are cheering us on.

3534 & 2461: Control & dominium.
2962: Ruler lordship, over supreme authority, God & Lord.
II. Remnant:
Romans 11:5 (KJV) Even so then, at this present time also there is a remnant according to election of grace.

2640 (G): A few.
2640: Leave behind abandon forsake.
3007: Forsake remnant, leave and reserve. To leave, to fail, be absent, be waiting lack & destitute.
3098: Just over, exceed, excel, remain, left behind and reserve.
Comments:
I do not want to be abandon or forsaken. I do not want to be absent waiting or destitute. I do not want to be part of the remnant.
III. CHOSEN:
1 Peter 2:9 (KJV): But ye are a chosen generation, royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
John 15:16 (KJV): Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you and ordained you that he should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
Acts 22:14 (KJV): And he said. The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will and see that just one and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth.
2 Thessalonians 2:13 (KJV): But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord because God hath from the beginning Chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth.
Revelations 17:14: These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them for he is Lord of lords and King of kings and they that are with him called, and chosen and faithful.

Thank you God for choosing me. I am chosen! You are chosen!

3004: Prim verb, ask, bid, boast, call, describe give out name, put frothy say shew, speak, tell utter.
Comments:
Chosen and elect are the same thing.
